Corrections policy
Modelwire is responsible for the text it publishes, including AI-generated summaries, analysis, and briefings. Automated checks can miss mistakes. Readers and publishers can report errors directly to the site’s operator.
What we correct
Correction requests can concern a Modelwire headline, summary, “why it matters” line, analysis, daily or weekly briefing, attribution, or static page. Examples include a wrong number or date, a claim presented as verified when it is only a vendor assertion, a missing qualification, or an unsupported connection to earlier coverage. Interpretation can be debated without being a factual error, but its underlying claims still need support.
We cannot edit the underlying reporting at another website. If the original publisher changes its story, include the updated source in your request so we can assess whether the Modelwire text also needs to change.
How to report
Email hello@themodelwire.com with the Modelwire page URL, the exact text in question, the proposed correction, and a link to supporting evidence where possible. A primary source, such as documentation, a research paper, a filing, or the original announcement, helps distinguish an error from an unsupported inference. For image or rights concerns, use our publisher and takedown process.
What we do after verification
The operator assesses the supplied evidence against the affected text and source material. If an error is confirmed, we can correct or withdraw the affected Modelwire content. Changes may take a cache refresh to appear throughout the site. An error in an archive entry can also affect a later analysis or briefing; include any linked pages you believe repeat it so the request covers the wider problem.
An automated update is not proof that a reported error has been resolved. If the issue remains visible, reply with the affected URL and text. Questions about the production process are covered in our methodology.
