These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Modelwire website at themodelwire.com (the “Service”), operated by Zacaria Solis. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. What Modelwire is

Modelwire is a curated index of links to articles about AI published elsewhere on the web, accompanied by short summaries we generate ourselves. We don’t republish full articles, and we don’t claim to own the underlying journalism.

3. Acceptable use

• Don’t scrape Modelwire at scale or in a way that interferes with the Service.
• Don’t attempt to circumvent technical protections, rate limits, or access controls.
• Don’t use the Service to do anything illegal or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Don’t train machine-learning models on our generated summaries without our written permission.

4. Intellectual property

The Modelwire name, logo, design, and our generated summaries are copyright © Modelwire. Underlying articles linked from the Service are the property of their respective publishers; we display only the headline, our own summary, a thumbnail attributed to the source, and a link out. If you’re a publisher and want a different policy for your work, see our takedown page.

5. Advertising and sponsored content

Modelwire is supported by advertising and may include sponsored cards. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled. We don’t accept payment to include, rank, or rephrase a story in our editorial feed.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Summaries are produced by automated systems and may contain errors or miss nuance present in the source article — always check the original publisher before relying on a story for important decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modelwire and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
