That's a cost and governance play, not just a UX improvement.

This builds directly on OpenAI's semantic layer framing from the same day. Where the semantic layer story emphasized that grounding LLMs in curated business logic prevents hallucination, this dashboard customization story shows the payoff: once you've centralized metric definitions and business rules, you can programmatically adapt what each stakeholder sees without rebuilding infrastructure.
